Principles of Laboratory Genetics and Genomics
A new elective subject `Principles of Laboratory Genetics and Genomics` was developed by the Department of Molecular and Medical Genetics in the framework of American MD Program of TSMU (course author - E. Kvaratskhelia, Assoc. Prof.).
Course Offers students an opportunity to conduct laboratory activities such as DNA extraction, quantitative analysis and gel electrophoresis, genotyping and SNP analysis using PCR, real time PCR based DNA fingerprinting, etc.
The elective course - `Principles of Laboratory Genetics and Genomics` - is led by Eka Kvaratskhelia, Associate Professor of Tbilisi State Medical University.
