Summer at Emory 2016

Tbilisi State Medical University (TSMU) has a long history of fruitful partnership with Emory University School of Medicine since 90s. We are actively collaborating in exchange programs. Our medical students and professors enjoy successful collaboration with Emory School of Medicine. As part of our collaborative program in medical education, US MD Program, for the third time, first year TSMU students had been accepted to participate in special workshops at Emory University School of Medicine, introducing them to the profession of being a physician. The agenda for the students includes spending time with Emory University faculty and staff who provide advice and guidance through the path of becoming a doctor. They are introduced to clinical medical educational at Emory in preparation for their curriculum in Tbilisi next year.
